LENJA PITA

250 gr margarina

2 kasike milerama
3 zumanceta
1 kg jabuka
3 kasike jakog belog vina
150 gr oraha
50 gr suvog grozdja
casica ruma
kasicica praska za pecivo
1/2 kg brasna
malo soli
2 vanilin secera
250 gr kristal secera

Pripremanje: Umutiti margarin sa 150 gr secera u prahu, dodati zumanca, mileram, malo soli, ruma i brasno pomesano sa praskom za pecivo. Kilogram kiselih jabuka oljustiti i iseci na tanke kriske i dinstati na margarinu, kristal seceru i belom vinu. Kad sok usahne dodati seckane orahe i suvo grozdje. Testo podeliti na dva dela. Jedan deo staviti na dnu kalupa, a preko njega nadev od jabuka, prekriti korom od testa i peci. Upola pecenu pitu iseci na kocke zeljene velicine i dopeci. Ohladiti, posuti secerom u prahu i vanilin secerom.
